Common use of COMMON SEAL Clause in Contracts

COMMON SEAL. The Board will have a Common Seal which will be kept in the custody of the secretary, or such other officer as will be appointed by the Board and will be used only as directed by the Board. When affixed to any document the Common Seal must be accompanied by the signature of two (2) Board members.

COMMON SEAL. 12.1 The Board will have a Common Seal which of the Board, following its incorporation, will be kept in the custody and control of the secretarySecretary, or such other officer as appointed by the Board. 12.2 When required, the Common Seal will be appointed by affixed to any document following a resolution of the Board and will be used only signed by the Chairperson (or a trustee acting as directed the Chair) and one other trustee appointed by the Board. When affixed to any document the Common Seal must be accompanied by the signature of two (2) Board members.
