Common use of Common Equity Clause in Contracts

Common Equity. Simultaneous with execution of this Agreement, the Company shall grant the Executive a stock option to purchase 333,333 shares of common stock of the Company in accordance with the Company's 1998 Stock Option Plan and the draft stock option agreement annexed as Exhibit A hereto, as well as certain warrants to purchase common stock of the Company.
