Common use of Common Equity Clause in Contracts

Common Equity. if there is a Per Share Public Market Value, Common Equity means the Series A Common Stock; if there is no Per Share Public Market Value, Common Equity means the Series A Common Stock, the Series B Common Stock and any other class or series of common stock of the Company then outstanding.
