Common use of Common Code, ISINs, etc Clause in Contracts

Common Code, ISINs, etc. The Issuers in issuing the Notes may use ISINs and “Common Code” numbers (if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee, the Registrar or the Paying Agent shall use ISINs and “Common Code” numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers, either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of a redemption that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes and that any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuers shall promptly advise the Trustee, the Registrar and the Paying Agent in writing of any change in the ISINs and “Common Code” numbers.

The Issuers Issuer shall promptly advise the Trustee, the Registrar Trustee and the Paying Agent all Agents in writing of any change in the ISINs and “Common Code” numbers.
