Common Air Conditioning Plant. (i) This clause 6.6(b) applies in respect of any Air Conditioning Plant that services the Premises as well as other premises on the Land. (ii) The operation of the Air Conditioning Plant remains in the control of the Landlord and the Landlord will operate it to ensure a reasonably uniform standard of air conditioning throughout those parts of the Building that are serviced by the Air Conditioning Plant. (iii) The Landlord must arrange and keep in force a maintenance contract with a third-party contractor for the regular servicing and maintenance of the Air Conditioning Plant, the costs of which will be paid by or recouped from the Tenant as part of the Outgoings. (iv) The Tenant must not in any way adjust, or interfere or tamper with, the Air Conditioning Plant unless expressly authorised by the Landlord.
