Common use of Committee Process Clause in Contracts

Committee Process. ‌ a) Once the Employer and the Local of the Union have submitted a grievance to the Committee, it is understood that resolution of the grievance is at the discretion of the Committee. b) The Committee shall meet every four (4) months or as mutually agreed to review all outstanding grievances to determine what process is suitable for resolving each grievance or group of grievances.
