Committee Decision. Any decision to be made by the Committee under this Article 5 with respect to the distribution of benefits with respect to a Participant or former Participant under this Plan shall be made by the Committee, but such Participant shall exclude himself therefrom for purposes of those decisions if such Participant is a member of the Committee.
