Common use of Committed Amount Clause in Contracts

Committed Amount. Subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, each Lender severally agrees to extend to the Borrower Loans that are Benchmark Rate Loans (or if Term SOFR is unavailable, Alternate Base Rate Loans) in an amount equal to its Commitment (subject to Section 2.1(b)). Amounts repaid or prepaid under the revolving facility provided pursuant to this Credit Agreement may be re-borrowed, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Committed Amount. Subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, each Lender severally agrees to extend to the Borrower Loans that are Benchmark Rate Loans (or if Term SOFR is unavailable, Alternate Base Rate Loans) under each Tranche in Dollars or Euros in an amount equal not to exceed its Commitment for such Tranche (subject to Section 2.1(b)). Amounts repaid or prepaid under the revolving facility provided pursuant to this Credit Agreement may be re-borrowed, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
