Common use of Committed Advances Clause in Contracts

Committed Advances. From and including the Effective Date and prior to the Termination Date, each Lender severally agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Credit Agreement and notwithstanding the amount of Competitive Bid Loans and Fronted Loans made by such Lender, to make Committed Loans to the Borrowers from time to time in amounts the Dollar Amount of which shall not exceed in the aggregate at any one time outstanding the amount of its Commitment. Each Committed Advance hereunder shall consist of borrowings made from the several Lenders ratably in proportion to the ratio that their respective Commitments bear to the Aggregate Commitment. The Committed Advances shall be repaid as provided by the terms of Sections 2.02 and 2.03(g).
