Common use of Committed Advances Clause in Contracts

Committed Advances. (a Committed Advances. From and including the date of this Agreement and prior to the Termination Date, each Lender severally agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to make Committed Loans to the Borrowers from time to time in Dollar Amounts not to exceed in the aggregate at any one time outstanding to all Borrowers the amount of such Lender's Commitment less the aggregate Dollar Amount, at such time, of such Lender's Letter of Credit Liabilities. Each Committed Advance hereunder shall consist of borrowings made from the several Lenders ratably in proportion to the ratio that their respective Commitments bear to the Aggregate Commitment. The Committed Advances shall be evidenced by the Notes and shall be repaid as provided by the terms of Section 2.01(b).
