Commitments to Third Parties. Except as disclosed in the Preliminary Title Report, the City has not made any commitment, agreement or representation to any government authority, or any adjoining or surrounding property owner or any other third party, that would in any way be binding on the Developer or would interfere with the Developer’s ability to develop and improve the Property into the Project.
