Commitments Several. The failure of any Lender to make the initial Term Loan on the Closing Date or any subsequent Term Loan in accordance with Section 2.2.2 above shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation (if any) to make a Loan on the applicable date, but no Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make any Term Loan to be made by such other Lender.
