Commitments for Expenditures. Except as set forth on Schedule E there are no outstanding authorities for expenditures (AFE’s) which Seller has received from a third party operator, but has not responded to. Except as set forth on Schedule E, Seller has not consented to any AFEs that Seller reasonably anticipates will require expenditures by the owner of the Assets after the Effective Time in excess of $100,000.00 net to Seller’s interest.
