Commitments for Expenditures. (i) There are no outstanding authorizations for expenditures (AFEs) which Seller has received from a third party operator or has delivered to third parties, but in either case have not been responded to prior to the date of this Agreement; and (ii) Seller has not abandoned any ▇▇▇▇▇ (or removed any materials or equipment, except those replaced by items of materially equal suitability) included in the Assets since the Effective Date.
