Commitment to Union Construction Jobs. Walnut agrees that all initial construction on Walnut Projects developed within the UC-MU District will be performed by Union shops and the applicable Union tradesman who are represented by the Pittsburgh Building Trades Unions. Walnut agrees to provide written verification of this commitment to the City for each Walnut Project.
