Common use of Commitment to Regular Use Clause in Contracts

Commitment to Regular Use. By entering into this Agreement, Member is committing to use the Communal Studio on a regular basis and will be expected to participate in the majority of Art Works­wide events including without limitation, open studio nights, sales, certain fundraisers and the like.
