Common use of Commitment to Effect Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Commitment to Effect Arrangement. Subject to the satisfaction of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, LVL and the LVL Subsidiaries shall each use their commercially reasonable efforts to do all things reasonably required to cause the Arrangement to become effective as soon as reasonably practicable and to cause the transactions contemplated by the Plan of Arrangement and this Agreement to be completed in accordance with their terms, including by making the Arrangement Filings at the appropriate time and in the appropriate order.
