COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE. Commitment to complete all reasonable undertakings to support completion of this transaction based on the commercial terms outlined in this document and including the following:
5.3.1. Completion of confirmatory due diligence
5.3.2. Final approvals from “THE PURCHASER” Board with reference to the due diligence outcomes
5.3.3. Best endeavours to have the following transaction documents completed by the effective date: • Sale of Shares Agreement • Employment contracts
COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE. Supplier and Buyer have already executed a Security Agreement and an Escrow Agreement. Within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement, Supplier and Buyer shall execute a Revised Escrow Agreement and a Revised Security Agreement.
