COMMITMENT REDUCTION DATES. (i) The aggregate outstanding principal balance under the Commitment on the Final Maturity Date shall be due and payable on the Final Maturity Date. (ii) On June 30, 2000 and on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December thereafter until September 30, 2005 (each, a "Commitment Reduction Date"), the Commitment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the outstanding principal balance on June 30, 2000 multiplied by the percentages set forth below.
