Commitment Period. When an employee completes a TTC appren- ticeship, the employee shall not be eligible to bid into a job in another section for a period of 4 years. Grade 1 employees will receive a lump sum apprentice supplement of $50.00 and all other employees will receive a lump sum apprentice supplement of $25.00. This applies to employees who have worked for three consecutive months in the workgroup prior to October 31 of the relevant year.
