Commitment Obligations. Neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be responsible for the obligation or Available Commitment of any other Lender hereunder, nor will the failure of any Lender to comply with the terms of this Agreement relieve any other Lender or the Borrower of its obligations under this Agreement and the Notes. Nothing herein shall be deemed to relieve any Lender from its obligation to fulfill its Commitments hereunder or to prejudice any rights which the Borrower may have against any Lender as a result of any default by such Lender hereunder.
Commitment Obligations a) The 2024 Junior BOP Representative Player Fees will be: $375.00. An invoice for this will be emailed within 1 week of the teams’ announcements.
b) ALL junior players are also required to be a member of a BOP Affiliated Club (see Representative Players Selection & Appeals Policy for a list of Affiliated Clubs).
c) ▇▇▇▇▇ expects that you will attend all team practices, training sessions/practises, meetings and tournaments as directed by the Team Coach / Manager. Where a situation arises that prevents you from doing so the matter is discussed immediately with the Team Coach / Manager.
d) That the BOPBA player fees are paid in full before competition commences. The BOPBA has ‘No Pay, No Play’ stance regarding this matter and will only make exception by personal arrangement. Please contact ▇▇▇▇▇▇ via email ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ regarding setting up a payment plan for fees.
e) That you wear the provided BOPBA player shirts (with either navy or black shorts/skirts) for all Representative Team Events. Badminton NZ requires each association to register its representative team uniforms and may fine associations/individual players for not wearing team uniform.
