Common use of Commitment Limits Clause in Contracts

Commitment Limits. (a) The Accommodations Outstanding: (i) from all Lenders under the Credit Facility shall not at any time exceed the Commitment of the Lenders under the Credit Facility; and (ii) from each Lender under the Credit Facility shall not at any time exceed such Lender’s Commitment under the Credit Facility. (b) The Credit Facility is a non-revolving facility. Any repayment of any Accommodations shall result in a permanent reduction of the Credit Facility to the extent of such repayment. The Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced pro rata in the same proportion that the amount of the reduction of the Credit Facility bears to the amount of the Credit Facility in effect immediately prior to such reduction and the Borrower shall not be entitled to request any further Accommodations in respect of and to the extent of any such repayment.
