Common use of Commitment Increases Clause in Contracts

Commitment Increases. The figure “$1,000,000,000” in Section 2.09 (a) (viii) of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to “$1,150,000,000”.

Commitment Increases. The figure “$1,000,000,0001,150,000,000” in Section 2.09 (a) (viii2.09(a)(viii) of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to “$1,150,000,0001,450,000,000”.

Commitment Increases. The figure “$1,000,000,000200,000,000” in the first sentence of Section 2.09 (a) (viii) 2.09 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to “$1,150,000,000250,000,000” and the figure “$900,000,000” in Section 2.09(a)(viii) is hereby amended to “$1,000,000,000”.
