Common use of Commitment Increase Request Clause in Contracts

Commitment Increase Request. 10.1.1 The Borrower may, on one occasion only and by written notice served on the Agent (such notice being, a “Commitment Increase Request”), indicate that it wishes to increase the Total Commitments (a “Requested Increase”) by an amount of no less than $2,000,000 and thereafter in integral multiples of $500,000 up to a maximum of US$7,500,000. 10.1.2 Such Commitment Increase Request shall be binding on each of the Obligors and delivered to the Agent no later than the date falling 12 months after the date of the Amendment Agreement.
