Commitment Increase Request. On or before May 1, 2022, the Borrower irrevocably requested that the Commitments be increased from $250,000,000 to $265,000,000 in the aggregate (the “Commitment Increase”) pursuant to Section 2.08(e) of the Existing Credit Agreement.
