Common use of Commitment Fee Clause in Contracts

Commitment Fee. Borrower shall pay to Bank a non-refundable commitment fee for the Line of Credit equal to Forty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($40,000.00), which fee shall be due and payable in full on the date of this Agreement.

Commitment Fee. Borrower shall pay to Bank a non-refundable commitment fee for the Line of Credit equal to Forty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($40,000.005,000.00), which fee shall be due and payable in full on the date of this Agreement.
