Commitment and Syndication Fee Clause Samples
Commitment and Syndication Fee. The Borrower shall pay to KeyBank and Arranger certain fees for services rendered or to be rendered in connection with the Loan as provided pursuant to the Agreement Regarding Fees dated of even date herewith between the Borrower and KeyBank.
