Commitment and Completion. It is agreed that Seller shall commence work within 14 days of receipt by Seller from Buyer of a written authorization to proceed and shall be completed pursuant to Exhibit "A." Notwithstanding such schedules, it is acknowledged that delays resulting from any acts or omissions of Buyer, or circumstances beyond the control of Seller, including, but not limited to acts of war or terror, natural disasters, material shortages, and acts of God, shall not be deemed a breach of this agreement.
