Commissions, Regular Exhibit Schedule. A 40% commission will be charged on all sales. The 60% earnings to the artists (calculated as 0.6 x sales price prior to sales tax) will be paid directly to the artists; checks for sold artwork, minus commission, are processed on the 20th of each month for art sales made the previous month. A statement of individual artist sales will be included with the earnings check. The Artist will provide MRW with the correct mailing address, phone number and email address in the space provided at the end of this agreement, along with a completed W-9.
