Commissions After Termination. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, EMPLOYEE shall be paid any remaining money invested in the branch office, as well as any remaining balance in the branch account, including outstanding branch reserves, within 60 days after termination of this agreement; provided however, that STATEWIDE may retain an adequate amount to provide for any unpaid expenses or other liabilities. EMPLOYEE shall return to STATEWIDE any funds distributed pursuant to this subparagraph, which are necessary to satisfy any expense or obligation for which provision is not otherwise made.
