Commissioning and Testing. (a) Each Processor will co-operate in good faith with ASM in the testing and commissioning of the ASM Plant and ASM will co-operate in good faith with each Processor in the testing and commissioning of each Finishing Plant. (b) The Co-ordination Committee shall meet from time to time (as the circumstances require) to discuss in good faith the resolution of any issues relating to the interfacing of the ASM Plant to the relevant Finishing Plant and/or the [***] Plant. (c) The Parties agree to notify one another of any circumstances which arise which lead or may lead to a delay in construction of their respective facilities.
