Commissioned Services. Clear expectations for commissioned services and schemes from the start of the Better Care Fund in April 2015 will be set out in formal performance specifications as part of contract agreements (s75). Services / providers will be held to account for delivery of key performance measures and outcomes in relation to relevant schemes/services. Where appropriate and of benefit, these will link into the reporting process.
