Common use of Commission Rebates Clause in Contracts

Commission Rebates. If Employee has been paid commissions on any loan for which payments are ninety (90) days past due, Employee shall return the commissions earned on the non-accruing loan. Employee shall not be entitled to a return of the commissions until the subject loan becomes current for ninety (90) days or is sold.
