Common use of COMMISSION ORDER Clause in Contracts

COMMISSION ORDER. 5.1 For purposes of this Implementation Agreement, a Commission order shall be deemed a Final Order when the last date for filing a request for rehearing with the Commission has expired if no rehearing request is filed by that date and there are no other matters pending related to the filing of this Implementation Agreement. To the extent the Commission accepts this Implementation Agreement subject to a condition or modification and any Party files a request for rehearing, each Party shall have the right to withdraw from this Implementation Agreement, which withdrawal may be exercised in such Party’s sole discretion.
