Commission Access. Commission and its agents, employees, and representatives shall have the right to access, enter, and inspect the Campus at any reasonable time for the purpose of ascertaining the condition of the Campus, monitoring compliance with this Lease, or for any other purpose permitted under the terms of this Lease. In exercising such rights, the parties shall cooperate and shall take all reasonable steps to avoid disruption or unnecessary interference with Tenant’s use and operations of the Campus.
