Commingling of Assets. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, commingle any of their respective assets, including, without limitation, any Collateral or other collections deposited or held or required to be deposited or held in any Collection Accounts, with any assets, revenues, funds, payments, collections, proceeds or any other amounts received or held by, or in respect of the operations of, any Affiliate of the Borrower which is not a Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower.
