Common use of Commingling Assets Clause in Contracts

Commingling Assets. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Board of Trustees may commingle the assets of all Participating Political Subdivisions held by the Board of Trustees under this Agreement for investment purposes in the Trust Fund and shall hold the Trust Fund in trust and manage and administer the same in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. However, t h e assets of each Participating Political Subdivision shall be accounted for separately.
