Commercialization Records. Without limitation of Section 4.10, Licensee shall maintain complete and accurate books and records pertaining to Commercialization of Licensed Products hereunder, in sufficient detail to verify compliance with its obligations under this Agreement, which shall be in compliance with Applicable Law.
