Common use of Commercialisation Clause in Contracts

Commercialisation. 49.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that effective commercialisation of research and development outcomes are fundamental to CSIRO’s future. In order to facilitate staff involvement in commercialisation activities, affected officers will be provided with timely information about their rights, entitlements and the conditions that apply, so that they are able to make an informed decision about whether or not they wish to participate.
