Commercial Solid Waste. Commercial Solid Waste" includes all types of solid wastes generated by commercial, industrial, governmental, public entity and other sources which have been placed in an authorized solid waste container used for the temporary storage of solid waste awaiting pickup. The term "Commercial Solid Waste" does not include hazardous wastes generated by commercial, industrial, governmental, public entity and other sources and which are placed in separate containers and which are covered by hazardous waste manifests.
