Commercial location. The facility is to be located in an area designated or zoned for commercial/business activity. (As opposed to a residential one, such as a private home, apartment or condominium.) 培训中心应位于商业区（相对于住宅区而言） Facility is to display permanent signage on the exterior of the building in which the facility is located, unless specifically prohibited by the building’s written restrictions and/or local ordinances. (Allows military base locations, for example). Where Affiliate is not the building’s sole tenant, Affiliate’s facility will display signage consistent with the size and material of other building tenants.
