Common use of COMMERCE RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

COMMERCE RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Monitor the ongoing activities of Subrecipient to ensure all activities are being performed in accordance with the Agreement to the extent required by law or deemed necessary be Commerce in its discretion. B. Assign a Grant Manager as a point of contact for Subrecipient. C. Review Subrecipient’s invoices described herein and process them on a timely basis. D. Commerce shall monitor progress, review reports, conduct site visits, as Commerce determines necessary at Commerce’s sole and absolute discretion, and process payments to Subrecipient.
