Commencement Date Declaration Sample Clauses
Commencement Date Declaration. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to execute a Declaration, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G, to confirm the Lease Commencement Date and the Full Rent Commencement Date. Failure to execute said Declaration shall not affect the commencement or expiration of the Lease Term.
Commencement Date Declaration. Tenant has executed and delivered to Landlord the Commencement Date Declaration, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes.
