COMMENCEMENT DATE AND DURATION. The commencement of this Agreement is conditional on the approval of the agreement by the competent authority. The performance of the Services shall commence on (TBD) and shall continue thereafter until the Services are completed unless earlier terminated under the conditions as set forth under clause 12. This Agreement may be renewed or extended for any period as may be agreed in writing between the Parties.
