Commencement Date and Completion Date. Performance of the Services may begin on this agreement date (hereinafter referred to as the “Commencement Date”), and except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, all Services shall be completed in their entirety on or before completion date on the CDFA/Municipality Grant Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Completion Date”).
