With the exception of the Temporary Space, by occupying the Premises, Tenant shall be deemed to have accepted the Premises in their condition as of the date of such occupancy, subject to the performance of punch-list items that remain to be performed by Landlord, if any, Landlord shall have the right, but not the Initial ______________
