Collocation Intervals Sample Clauses
The Collocation Intervals clause defines the specific periods during which one party is permitted to access and use designated space or equipment at another party’s facility. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end times for such access, any recurring schedules, and conditions under which the intervals may be modified or extended. By clearly establishing when collocation is allowed, the clause helps prevent disputes over access rights and ensures both parties can plan their operations efficiently.
