Collocation Decommission. Collocation Decommission refers to the deactivation of a Collocation site occupied by CLEC and removal of CLEC equipment. Collocation Decommission is offered for all types of Collocation. A request for decommissioning is irrevocable once Qwest accepts the Collocation Decommission Application. 8.2.1. 22.1.1 Prior to submitting a Collocation Decommission Application, all CLEC's financial obligations with respect to the Collocation site to be decommissioned must be current, with the exception of charges disputed pursuant to Section 5.4. CLEC financial obligations with respect to the Collocation site to be decommissioned include payment of one hundred percent (100%) of all nonrecurring quoted charges and all applicable monthly recurring charges that are more than thirty (30) Days past due.
