Common use of Collision Reporting Clause in Contracts

Collision Reporting. Within fifteen (15) days of the date of execution of the Contract, the Contractor shall provide to the Company a Collision Report. The Contractor shall provide to the Company an updated Collision Report on a quarterly basis and within five (5) working days of a written request from the Company.
