Common use of Collision Reporting Clause in Contracts

Collision Reporting. Within 15 days of the commencement of this Contract, the Service Provider shall provide to the Authority a Collision Report. The Service Provider shall provide to the Authority an updated Collision Report on a quarterly basis and within five working days of a written request from the Authority.
